Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Salary

Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Salary: The Dallas Cowboys and Erica Wilkins, a former cheerleader, apparently settled a pay dispute over how much money women’s athletes get paid to the iconic cheerleader squad.
The cases, which began almost two years ago and based on Wilkins’ claims that she often paid less than a minimum wage as a cheerleader, were set for arbitration in October.

But experts have found that the case of Wilkins is just the latest example of women who earn less than women’s players.”A franchise which appears not to value its wives when you look on this big picture,” Michelle Simpson Tuegel, an attorney at Dallas, said.

Since the Wilkins dispute, they have been claiming that the Cowboys have raised their cheerleader pay from $8 an hour to $12 and that their game day pay is up from $200, up to $400, doubling. This summer, the Dallas Cowboys reclaimed the title as the world’s most valuable sports team worth an estimated $5 billion.
